    SENT IT TO MY SON IN BOISE, ID IT WAS BROKE. MY DAUGHTER IN LAW CALLED AND RECEIVED NO HELP SEPT OVER 1 HR ON PHONE. FINALLY GOT SOMEONE THAT COULD HELP HAD TO SEND IT BACK FOR ANOTHER ONE. REALLY WASN”T HAPPY

    When we decided to purchase an HD TV my husband didn’t think we needed a new DVD player. I discovered that the DVD players we had would work but would not play a BlueRay DVD. The new DVD players would upload your DVD movies to look like a BlueRay player but would not play a BlueRay DVD movie. The best Consumers Guide BlueRay DVD player was listed for $299 and we got it for $184 at Amazon. It plays BlueRaly movies and uploads regular DVDs to look like HD. A super buy and an outstandiing BlueRay DVD player! This is another outstanding buy from Amazon.com.

    This DVD player was recomended by Consumer Reports. And for me that is the bible to buying consumer goods. So far I am satisfied with this product.

    I am very happy with my choice. The player was easy to set up and to use right away. I still have to learn all the features and how to configure them, however that is a learning curve.

    It was delivered on time and in good protecting wraping. The vendor was great in that aspect.
