Do not buy a Toshiba HD DVD player. Press releases stating that they are no longer in the HD DVD business. They have what they should be discontinued.

I think it's a bad policy if within thirty minutes, you go back to your account and try to create an item that you just ordered and / or not in a position to do so to cancel. You have to wait till it come, so you can turn the ship and again a bad deal, in my opinion. Over all, I have always liked dealing with Amazon, but that's certainly put a bad taste in my mouth and I will think twice before starting your service.

I ordered the HD-A35 in October as a Christmas present. Unfortunately I did not open the box and the power of the players before I wrapped it. The player has been completely dead. The standby light does not come on when the player was plugged into power. Since I bought the player for more than 30 days, Amazon would not return. I've learned my lesson.

I am so disappointed. I was so looking forward to rceiving my hda35. FROM the beginning, it was a piece of garbage. It would freeze, the audio and video were out of sync, and after 38 attempts I could not download the firmware upgrade. Amazon sent me another unit, but it was worse than the first! What the hell is going on? Why Toshiba can make a product that works? Am I in hell? Fix this thing, or simply declare backruptcy.
